The 5th GA²LEN Global Urticaria Forum is an international meeting about urticaria.

Aquagenic urticaria is a rare condition where people have an allergic reaction to water after it contacts their skin. People with aquagenic urticaria can drink water, but they may have an allergic reaction to bathing or showering, sweating, crying, or rainfall. Hives and wheals can develop on the part of the skin that comes into contact with water.
